The Brooklyn Crescents is set to elevate our lacrosse experience! With three weekly practice days, our program now integrates classroom sessions, strength and conditioning, speed and agility training, and extra stick work. Poly Prep's world class facilities provide an unparalleled backdrop for skill development. Teams will have the opportunity to play in 3-5 tournaments, and we're excited to once again offer overnight experience fior teams that are interested.
We are also excited to announce Jen Nardi, Crescents Executive Director, Former UMass NCAA record holder, 20 year college coach and Poly Prep Head Coach, will be working closely with all girls teams, providing specialized goalie training for boys and girls and supporting the development of our 14u girls.Get ready for a season of growth, competition, and teamwork!
