PLEASE NOTE: IN ORDER TO REGISTER ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A VALID USA LACROSSE REGISTRATION : https://www.usalacrosse.com/
ORANGE REGISTRATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. HOWEVER, WE DO PLAN TO PARTICIPATE IN TOURNAMENT AND LOCAL GAME PLAY IF NUMBERS ALLOW
Season: March - June (ACTUAL DATES MAY BE ADJUSTED)
Practice will be held outdoor weather permitting
All teams will practice at least 2x per week (except PeeWee & 8u). Everyone will have a Sunday practice.
Program:
The Crescents program is to designed to engage our athletes in a “challenging” and “supportive” way. We continue to build on fundamental lacrosse skills.
We will provide competitive play opportunities if roster numbers allow. Our goal is to provide an environment for athletes of all experience levels to develop their skills while learning the importance of being committed to a team.
Who:
We offer lacrosse for boys and girls in the following age groups:
Co-ed Peewees
8u, 10U, 12U, 14U, HS
When: All teams 10u and up will have practice at least 2x per week (including Sunday).

*Please note times and field locations are subject to change at any time and we reserve the right to combine age groups if deemed necessary*

Where:
Practices will be held at McLaughlin Park, Poly Prep Upper School, Brooklyn Bridge Park and other facilities. Some games will be played outside of Brooklyn. Actual schedules will be released in January.


Donations to the Crescents Fund provide the resources needed to grow and strengthen the Brooklyn Crescents Lacrosse Club. 100% of your donation goes to improving and expanding our programs and services.
Funds will be used to fund player scholarships and equipment grants, support volunteer coach training and development, and provide resources for community outreach, and special opportunities for all players. The Brooklyn Crescents Lacrosse Club was founded with a commitment to never turn a child away for financial reasons. The Club remains firmly committed to providing quality lacrosse instruction in a positive, constructive team environment to all children who want to play the game.
Winter Program
Winter Indoor 2021-2022 Program:
Boys and Girls 10u-HS
Winter Indoor Lacrosse in one of Brooklyn’s premier indoor facilities, The Major R. Owens Health & Wellness Community Center.
Practice format will vary, but expect some station work/circuit training. Players of like age and ability will be placed together for both challenging and fun practice for players. Winter lacrosse is to sharpen fundamentals and prepare for the spring season .
Fall Travel Teams

IF NUMBERS ALLOW We form competitive teams for boys and girls beginning around 6th grade. The Crescents Orange program is designed to be a challenging and competitive program. Participants are expected to put in maximum effort. This program will continue to build on fundamental lacrosse skills, while incorporating more complex, big picture concepts and will include highly competitive playing opportunities. ***Please note an assessment will be required and we will determine if we can form these travel teams
Fall Co-Ed Pee Wee
Boys and Girls ages 3-6. The purpose of the program is to give young girls & boys an opportunity to learn to play lacrosse in fun, and local environment. We encourage young girls & boys to participate in multiple activities, lacrosse being one.
Fall 2022 Teams
