Registration:
There are 4 steps to registering for the Brooklyn Crescent Lacrosse Program

- Participation Waiver (download pdf)
- Medical Form (download pdf)
- Payment (paypal or check)
The Participation Waiver and Medial Forms need to be printed, signed and mailed to:
Brooklyn Crescents, 483 Clinton Ave, #2, Brooklyn 11238
Fees (Spring 2010):
- $250 for Grades 3 - 8: includes practices, games, uniform (jersey returned at seasons end, shorts to keep), t-shirt, mouthguard, and insurance
- $125 for K-2 PeeWees: includes practices, t-shirt, and insurance
- No child will be turned away for financial reasons. Please inquire
What is included:
- Weekly practices from March to June @ McLaughlin Field (Tillary and Jay St) Sun am. Directions
- Games in the NY, NJ, CT area
- Approx. 7 games for 5-8th Grade Boys & 4-8th Grade Girls
- Approx. 4 games for 3/4 Grade Boys
- No Games for PeeWees
- One overnight team trip (excludes Pee Wees)
- Excellent coaching from former college players
